  1. Authorization of Online Payment:

    By completing payment through Majesty Beauty Secrets Ltd. (“MBS Beauty”), I authorize MBS Beauty to charge my chosen payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure gateway) for the total order amount, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
    I understand that my payment represents full consent to this purchase, and I agree not to dispute or reverse the transaction without first contacting MBS Beauty directly.

  1. Confirmation of Ownership:

    I confirm that the payment method used for this transaction belongs to me or that I have full authorization to use it.
    I understand that MBS Beauty is not responsible for any unauthorized use of payment details.


  1. Non-Refundable and Final Sale Policy:

  • All online purchases are final sale due to product hygiene and safety standards.

  • Refunds are not permitted once payment is processed.

  • Exchange or replacement will only be provided if a damaged or incorrect item was received, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof emailed to info@mbsbeauty.ca.


  1. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Orders are shipped through UPS or DHL to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

  • Once a tracking number shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully received by the client.

  • MBS Beauty is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft after confirmed delivery.

  • Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.


  1. No Chargeback Agreement. To maintain trust and fairness, I agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for any authorized transaction.

  • I understand that MBS Beauty provides proof of delivery, communication, and payment authorization to defend against any false or unauthorized chargeback.

  • Any fraudulent dispute or chargeback will be treated as payment fraud and may result in:

    • Permanent account ban or denial of future orders.

    • Legal or collection action to recover losses.


  1. Refund Exceptions (if applicable):

    Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by error.

  • MBS Beauty confirms a genuine mistake on our end (e.g., unavailable product or incorrect charge).
    All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
